Pimple Popper is a gross out game for iPhone where your objective is to squeeze as many spots as you can.
You're given a face full of whiteheads, blackheads and pimples and must pop them by pinching your fingers on the touchscreen. Each of the different types of blemishes in Pimple Popper must be manipulated in a different way. We won't go into the details, but needless to say none of them are pleasant!
The gross factor of Pimple Popper is heightened by the game's sound effects. The popping noises are vomit-inducing, and the squeals of agony from the 'victims' really set your teeth on edge.
